ALICE (All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment) is a military gear system introduced by the U.S. in the 1970s. Despite newer systems being adopted, ALICE remains in use for training purposes and by some military units due to its robustness and practicality.

EMTs are equipped to handle a variety of emergencies, from trauma to cardiac issues, by administering basic life support procedures such as CPR and oxygen therapy.


Firestarter: A firestarter is a tool or device used to ignite fires in outdoor environments. Common examples include ferrocerium rods, waterproof matches, and fire-starting kits.
